Garlic is one of those ingredients that is so much better fresh. Sure, you can keep and use dried garlic, but fresh is unbeatable in so many types of cuisine. I, personally, love getting it fresh to use in crock-pot dishes. There's just one problem with fresh garlic- smelly hands! I hate dicing it and peeling it. My entire kitchen will smell when I have to do that. It's inconvenient and really time consuming to do that and clean up after.
With the Orblue Stainless Steel Garlic Press, all of those problems are in the past!
I put mine in unpeeled, but sectioned. Then I just press it through either into a cup or directly where I want my garlic. The peel stays out of your food!
